The temperature resistance of bellows is between -40 and 150 ℃. Its raw materials are generally divided into PP and PA2 kinds. PA raw materials are better than PP raw materials in flame retardant and wear resistance; But PP raw materials are stronger than PA raw materials in bending fatigue resistance. 3. Heat shrinkable tube: Heat shrinkable tube has the functions of shortening high temperature, softness, flame retardant, insulation and corrosion prevention, and is more suitable for directly wrapping bare wire. The heat shrinkable tube is divided into PVC heat shrinkable tube, PET heat shrinkable tube and double-wall tube. The first two can be used to directly wrap the wire, and the latter can replace the local where the electrical insulation tape wraps the wire. The double-walled tube is coated with a layer of hot melt adhesive on the inner wall of the heat shrinkable tube, so it will have better sealing performance.

4. Bobbin: bobbin is a spiral sheath made of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) or nylon (PA) as raw materials and hot winding and shaping extrusion process. It is a new product that replaces the metal spring for traditional hose maintenance. 5. Tape: There are many kinds of tapes that can be used on the car, such as electrical insulation tape, cloth tape and metal foil substrate tape. Electrical tape is generally used to wrap the exposed part of the wire and play a role in insulation and maintenance. When using, it must be ensured that the tape tightly wraps the wire and its two short intervals. The wear resistance of the cloth tape is very good, and the high temperature resistance is about 150 degrees Celsius. The metal foil substrate tape includes tin foil, aluminum foil and copper foil, which has a good heat insulation effect and has a good maintenance effect on the track traffic harness in high temperature areas. Other metal foils can also be used to use electrostatic effects to form electrostatic shields and maintain signal lines.
