Precautions in Wire Harness Processing

Connection of terminals and electronic wires:

1. Wrap the terminal, you must wind 1 to 2 turns;

2. Cup-shaped terminals must be closely connected along the longer inner wall side;

3. Cylindrical terminals, larger than 1.5 turns, must be wound around the terminals;

4. Barreled cylindrical terminal, wire ends less than 0.5mm in diameter must be hooked on the terminal;

5. For perforated terminals, the wire head must be hooked to the terminal with a diameter of less than 0.5mm, and the wire head must be bent into an s-shape;

6. Hook connection, the size of the leakage part is 0.5 to 1.5mm, the side cannot be bent, the wire must be tightly connected with the terminal, and the insulation layer cannot be wound;

the connection between the wire and the wire:

1. Lap joint: the length of lap joint is required to be greater than 3mm, the connection method is mechanically weak, and the outside should be protected by insulating heat shrinkable sleeve;

2 Spiral connection: one wire must be spirally wound on another wire, and the outside must be protected by an insulating heat shrinkable sleeve;

secondly, it increases the difficulty in the laying process. With the development of global industry, more and more environments require high-voltage cable products to have a small outer diameter, and gaps need to be considered in the laying process, in this way, the heat generated after the wire and cable are energized can be dissipated. If the thickness of the sheath is too thick, it will increase the difficulty of laying, so the thickness of the sheath strictly meets the relevant standards, otherwise, it cannot protect wires and cables.
