Now the new energy vehicle market is developing rapidly, but there will be a series of problems. Simply put, new energy vehicles mainly refer to the use of unconventional vehicle fuel as the power source (or the use of conventional vehicle fuel, the use of new on-board power units), comprehensive vehicle power control and drive advanced technology, the formation of advanced technical principles, with new technology, new structure of the car. It mainly includes pure electric vehicles, extended-range electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, fuel cell electric vehicles, hydrogen engine vehicles, and other new energy vehicles.

However, no matter what the form of new energy vehicles is, their common feature is to use voltage platforms up to 300V ~ 600V or even higher, involving wiring, and they all have the same basic requirements, that is, the safe transmission of high current and voltage under the electromagnetic interference protection system. The high-voltage cable is used to connect high-voltage batteries, inverters, air-conditioning compressors, three-phase generators and motors, so as to realize the transmission of power and electric energy. However, it should be noted that the high-voltage wiring harness of electric vehicles is not equivalent to the high-voltage power transmission cable in our daily life, but is only relative to the low-voltage system of conventional vehicles.
